I used the big, cheap, can of Fosters. Only $2 at Wally World.

Now, yesterday, I made some "dirty water hot dogs" with a pack of all beef franks. Lots of cumin, nutmeg and I like to add extra vinegar, gives it more "pep".

Giving the Brats a go this weekend. I haven't broke out the pressure cooker since I bought the air fryer. Dollar General has the Fosters Oil cans on sale as well.

Thanks for the idea on the Brats Ding!

I cooked them Friday eve the way you said and let them sit in the pressure cooker for a hour while I finished up the Christmas lights. They came out perfect. Only thing they shrank quite a bit so be ready to eat three to four of them!

Those brats come out so good! The leftovers were eaten cold, right out of the frig, just dipped in some cheap yellow squeeze mustard!
