"Pressure" is "pressure" as far as the cooker is concerned. The "safe" on it would work like any other standard pressure cooker. I used the big, cheap, can of Fosters. Only $2 at Wally World. Now, yesterday, I made some "dirty water hot dogs" with a pack of all beef franks. Lots of cumin, nutmeg and I like to add extra vinegar, gives it more "pep". Giving the Brats a go this weekend. I haven't broke out the pressure cooker since I bought the air fryer. Dollar General has the Fosters Oil cans on sale as well. |

Thanks for the idea on the Brats Ding!
I cooked them Friday eve the way you said and let them sit in the pressure cooker for a hour while I finished up the Christmas lights. They came out perfect. Only thing they shrank quite a bit so be ready to eat three to four of them! |

Those brats come out so good! The leftovers were eaten cold, right out of the frig, just dipped in some cheap yellow squeeze mustard!
