Yes, psoas is good as well. Its all connected. Hip flexors, quads, hammys, low back. Try the 90 90 stretch too. Alot usually comes down to weak hammy strings and tight hip flexors.

53 years old here, and I have been surfing over 30 years and cardio and strength training a bit longer than that. I have recently found yoga and it's life changing. I do videos for free from YouTube.
