So i'm a sales rep for Central 28 Beer company and they have me doing
about 600-900 miles per week depending on where i'm going but i always return to orlando to feed my doggo I have no problem with being on the road that much but i have noticed that when i go to get up on my board while i'm surfing, my hip flexors are so freaking stiff that i cannot get my legs under me i also realized that i can't bring my feet together anymore like i used to and prior to taking this job, i could without issue (my weight was the same) i've noticed that driving seems to be the culprit..... i can't not drive... what can i do to loosen up my legs from the waist down starting with my hip flexors and working down to my calves as they are super tight too. ------------------------- hey, i don't know if you read this yet ----------> I <3 16streets.com thank you Sean O'hare Delicious beer comes from here |
