About 150 yards from the beach , Julie Mango is flushing well as is Bailey's Marvel but the Hadens and Glens look rough, expect low production this year. Biggest issue our area is an explosion in the squirrel population, they are being fed an endless supply of peanuts from some condo owners nearby. Is there a way to remove them keep them off the trees w/o extermination or trapping? Lost a bunch of fruit last year as the population grew, this year they are going to take everything...cats will get a few here and there (amazing to see a cat actually catch one and snap the neck, then proudly bring it over...good cats!)...Spoke w/ condo owners and they stated they would stop feeding them but they have not.
