So how are the trees looking now that it's been a while? We had major tree damage (limbs, all leaves, oaks and maples mostly). I removed damaged limbs but the leaves are finally starting to recover now that it's spring. We need rain!

FWIW, the areca palm inside the house is dying. We have an atrium with a fully grown (30') areca right in the middle, and I guess it just took too much damage. I need to have it removed and the root ball cleaned out, which is going to be an awful mess and I think I need to get an expert in (we aren't living in the house currently as it's still being repaired).

I suppose I was just wondering if everyone else's trees are getting back to normal or if you lost any. I am going to get someone in with a bobcat to clear out the back 1/4 acre, as it's become way overgrown with us not living there (it's amazing how fast the jungle takes over!).
