I'm 3 milies inland and we've got all sorts of leaf browning on oaks and almost everything else, on their east sides. Lots of one-sided trees and bushes. Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne simply stripped leaves from the same trees. I expect most of the damaged leaves to fall quickly. The oaks are likely to flush out with new ones. Mangos are toward the end of their growing season, so might be prepping to go dormant for the dry winter. Wait and see. Don't hurry to cut.
