I used tobacco for a time when I was younger, and I liked menthol cigs, but then I was never very good at being white.

Yeah, I had an oral fixation for a while too. Quitting was the hardest thing to do. I ended up quitting cigs the same as I quit Tequila. I smoked until I puked. I still gag when I'm around it.

It's damn hard to quit. I strongly recommend nicotine replacement. Treat the behavior first, then the chemical addiction. The cherry lozenges worked best for me, then gradually reduce the dose.
