Put a pack of regular bratwursts into the cooker and covered them with beer. Ran the cooker for about 30 minutes under pressure and let it sit for another hour after the timer went off. OMG, those beer-infused brats Hit The Spot! Oh man I have to try this one. The carbonation in the beer doesn't get wacky with the pressure? |
