There's an Argentine restaurant there called Rincon de Buenos Aires:

They had the best steak I've ever eaten. The cut is technically called Entraña (skirt steak) and is usually served with a chimichurri sauce. I think that is the traditional "churrasco" in most countries, but some places serve a different cut when you order churrasco.

Their empanadas were top-notch as well. I hope nothing has changed (except their location), since I hope to eat there again before I die.
