Had a talk with a "contrarian" yesterday; he's still on the side "making it big in the Stock Market" and such. He was all "9% aint much, , , , , ,". Well, , , , that's Ok if you can easily except the risks.
I talked with my brother the other week. Right off-the-bat and before I could say much he exclaimed that the bank is only paying .4% (that's 4 tenths of a percent) on "savings". Fook that. On the other end, , , , , there is/was a thread or two here about "crypto". I had put in only $90 through Coinbase, spread across a couple "favorable" looking coins, just to "watch it".
