That was a good listen. Very interesting, several rules of business validated:
1. The only ship that won't sail is a partnership.
2. It takes twice as long and 3x the money expected.
3. You're not the exception.

    The economic and pandemic situation creates all sorts of questions about going ahead with a big entertainment/tourist/residential project. Orlando's tourism economy is a wreck. I suppose Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties are doing better
.
    If the Fort Pierce project goes ahead, I hope it's full size. My sense is that once it gets going, it'll be a hit. The only question would be about putting it in a relatively remote spot. Brevard or farther south would make more sense, but of course real estate costs are higher.
