Banging early season snow in the Wasatch and the Rockies this year. Utah experiencing its best early season snowpack in 20 years. Most resorts opened early and the numbers are impressive. All areas around Park City in excess of 100" so far with the resorts in little Cottonwood Canyon like Brighton showing a mind blowing 132" year-to-date total. Base around 50" and 15" of fresh powder on Monday have locals jumping for joy. Anyone with booked trips upcoming cant help but be excited about this. I personally cant wait to bring my exquisite style of old-man slow-boarding to the slopes around PC. EPIC pass for 3 days for myself and the wifey was 270 bucks each or 91 bucks per day which sounds like a lot but believe me its a discounted rate due to early purchase. After the 4th of Dec. it will set you back 181 $$$ bucks a day, each. That's insane. Make sure you rent an AWD or 4X4 vehicle if driving up from SLC. You be glad you did.
