i had a couple of mine get croton scale and you have to aggressively fight them or they will win. Everyday I was out there scrapping them off with my fingers. Seems like they like broad leaf croton the best and the ones that get more sun. I eventually had to break my no pesticide use policy and use blue bottle bayers systemic. That was a couple years ago. Haven't seen them since. but always looking for them. I've got some rare croton as I collected them for a long time and didn't want to lose them. As they will kill the plant.
