Ok, stirrymcStalker. That is why basically every IG audit finding or investigation happens after work starts on a government job. I guess you have no sense

I work for an OIG. Not my area exactly but there might be a case. Depends on contract and provisions for it

they might operate differently than us too because military based, not sure

Sorry stirrymcStalker, you keep proving me right over and over. When I post, you just can't help yourself. Even going so far as to leak your nonsense outside of NSR and bring it here.

my guess is they have a schedule that has them finishing before turtle nesting season, so they probably just can't stop, and then pick up again because they will have to stop and they most likely have to spend the money.  Just a guess.

Yup.....construction worker even said it's nuts they were dumping sand during swell but if they didn't all the dunes would be gone and condos gone.

Noticed the other day at Perk that they were mostly women on the jobsite, 3 dumptruck drivers and a foreman. Wonder if it's an eeoc or minority awarded contract.

This is like the 5-6th time that you brought up someone saying you might have been a NSR thread hero. You value his opinion that much do you? lmao
