The PNW coast is still kind of short on national chains. You're likely to still find good values at motels. Checked, and the Curly Redwood Lodge is still there. It escaped the tsunami from the great Alaska earthquake. To some extent, if you like northern Calif and Oregon, you'd like New Zealand. |
