This is brand new and still in the box. It's an adjustable frame caster set for shop tool stands that holds up to 300 pounds. From what the box says, this thing can slide under your existing tool stand, lift it up, then you can roll it around your shop, and then put the stand back down. It works with stands that have either a 24"x24" or 32"x32" base. I bought it back when I was doing a lot of home renovations, but never got around to putting it together and using it. This would be great for use inside a garage where you might need to move things like table saws or drill presses around.
Here's a link to a better description/photo than I could provide: http://www.workbenchmagazine.com/main/274-products3.html Also, it's at the very bottom of this page from the rigid web site: http://www.ridgidparts.com/accessories/woodacc.phtml I'll sell it for $45 cash, or I will trade it for a collapsable engine stand, a receiver hitch-style bike rack, or a Thule bicycle roof rack. It cost $90 at Home Depot a few years ago. Email me if you're interested. eric_seeger@yahoo.com I'm in tampa, but I will be int he Melbourne area the weekend of March 18, so I can deliver it. ------------------------- "Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want and deserve to get it good and hard." -- Henry Mencken Edited: 03/12/2006 at 06:09 AM by hans747 |
