Patriot Front Member that Tried to Crash Pride Event in Idaho Pleads Guilty to Sexual Exploitation of a Child


It is almost a year since members of the neo-fascist group Patriot Front were arrested as they attempted to march through a Pride event in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho in what authorities say was an attempt to incite a riot. The rationale they and other neo-fascists there that day maintained that the event known as Pride in the Park protest was actually a promotion of pedophilia that should not be allowed. Ironically the arrest of the 31 Patriot Front Members resulted in one facing charges of his own when the FBI searched images of his phone a month after the arrests and found children engaging in sex acts.

Last month Jared Michael Boyce, 28 or Springville, Utah, pleaded guilty in a Utah court to nine felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and a misdemeanor count of dealing in material harmful to a minor. He is due to be sentenced in Tuesday in Provo, Utah and faces up to 30 years in prison.
