My dad was an officer, Chemist, and combat veteran for the US Army.
I remember, as a child, sitting around the corner of the den listening to my dad and his workmates talking about clearances. After all his pal said what theirs were, he said he had a Cosmic Clearance. I thought that was the coolest thing I had heard, EVER.
Watching an Ancient Aliens, as an "adult", a story was about an officer who was sent to Germany, in the late '50's, to check out nazi reverse engineering of UFO's. That guy had a COSMIC CLEARANCE. My dad was sent to Germany in 61.
I Googled every place he was stationed and added UFO to it. All had something about UFOs. Especially his last station, which was know as Area 52.
When my sister and I would ask him about them, he wouldn't say a thing and his face was expressionless. The last time I saw him, my daughter, Michelle C Flora, gave me a note for him. She asked me to ask him if they were real, and had a box for yes and one for no. She said she wouldn't open it until he was gone. He came right out and answered me. He must have loved her more than his kids.
