It would probably look like this, if he even builds one. The Libraries are not paid for by the Gov't, but by private donations and the campaign's treasury. Since he wants that for his debts there is a good chance he will blow that off.



Plus, who really thinks he is a scholar or even has an interest in reading? Hell, he doesn't even read his daily briefings.
