Now the inauguration is under the microscope. Lets be clear. Trump, in his mind, did nothing wrong. That means nothing to the people that investigate and prosecute criminals. He does not believe there are rights and wrongs, truth and lies and or responsibility. He believes that everyone breaks the law, he breaks the law like everyone else and therefore any consequences from that illegal behavior is not the application of the rule of law but a personal attack that selectively singles him out of everyone because your a democrat (like he used to be). Kitsch Filler is trying this moral relativism on for size now. He wants to excuse Trump because Trump is just doing what everyone does, e.g. money laundering, paying off tabloids to shut your toys up, lying about immigrants, making enemies of our allies, the inexplicable blind spot for Russia, his campaign collusion. Now its all coming together. Kitsch Filler is either claiming everyone does, or a variation that Hillary did it and there will be consequences for just you keep waiting and see, or what about everyone who breaks the law. Right now the sheer number of investigations culminating with criminal conclusions against Trump means he's at that tipping point with the Senate. They treat him like a wounded dragon that can still spit fire unexpectedly at any one of them but is not strong enough to take them all on. They are seriously contemplating growing a high profile spine and jettisoning Trump with the same political courage it takes to acknowledge that the only thing keeping him from being indicted is the DOJ policy against it.
