They are the only band I love that I haven't seen live.

I have passed on my love for this band to my teenager. I saw them on the kiss me kiss me kiss me tour in New Orleans. Robert Smith seem bothered by the big crowd and when his strings on his guitar broke he finished the concert without replacing them. It was cool to see them but they are way more artists than entertainers. The reviews were merciless. New Orleans judges bands by their entertainment enthusiasm.

Both you boys have excellent musical taste ! ( I only saw them once live and a good 1/2 of the audience were smoking those damn Clove Cigarettes , in an indoor venue . I managed to persevere for the entire show , but till this day I still disdain the smell of cloves ! )

I was listening to some Siouxsie and the Banshees recently and thought about how a popular band nowadays could never get away with songs such as "Hong Kong Garden" and "Arabian Nights" which, cringy lyrics in hindsight aside, were terrific. Same with the Cure's "Killing an Arab" even though it wad based on a classic novel.
