Lagoon's in the (septic) tank and the Pier ain't much better. Make some noise. "This amendment creates a fundamental right to clean and healthy waters. This amendment may be used to sue State executive agencies for harm or threatened harm to Florida's waters...". . https://www.floridarighttocleanwater.org/

Quite right ding. With rollback of the National Environmental Policy Act and Clean Water Act, not to mention the defunding of the Department of Environmental Protection, looks a bit like a failure by powers that be? Maybe we need a means to hold them accountable? Politicians love that.

Why is the Cocoa area the worst? Maybe opening the locks at certain times would help!

Just got back from the keys. Every time it rained the canals turned green. But let's ban fertilizer ordinances and ensure that there is always extra nitrogen flowing in the run off.
