sandi, where are you?
"Last year, there was a lot of hope and hype about EVs," the letter continued. "Early adopters formed an initial line and were ready to buy these vehicles as soon as we had them to sell. But that enthusiasm has stalled. Today, the supply of unsold BEVs is surging, as they are not selling nearly as fast as they are arriving at our dealerships -- even with deep price cuts, manufacturer incentives, and generous government incentives." NEW REPORT UNMASKS TRUE COSTS OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE MANDATES: 'REMAIN MORE EXPENSIVE' President Biden previously set a goal of ensuring 50% of car purchases are electric by 2030. His administration has pursued aggressive regulations that target future gas-powered cars. They added that, while the goals of the EPA regulations are admirable, they are also "unrealistic based on current and forecasted customer demand." The dealers further noted that the best indicator of customer demand in the auto marketplace is how EVs are stacking up in their lots. The letter further noted that there are many issues facing the EV industry such as lacking charging infrastructure, energy grid instability and a lack of reliable mineral supplies vital for EV batteries. ------------------------- Romans 8;18-32 John 3;16-18; Ecl. 10-2 |

In other words, there are only so many progs in this country and that establishes the market for these cars. I bring up progs, because only they are dumb enough to think that a good deal involves paying more to get less. Actually, the car makers should raise prices. The higher the price, the better deal progs think they are getting. And who doesn't enjoy seeing progs get fleeced?

Gas prices dropped and the infrastructure does need to be increased. Gas will go up and they will become easier to use. This is a temporary thing.
