Republicans are doing a bang up job. Low pay, high pressure, attacks at school boards meetings; failure at all levels.

Well, Florida is ranked as high as # 2 in best education. Your favorite shithole state, Ca., which is controlled by teachers' unions is # 20, and # 40 in pre-k-12. So, Cole, you are correct that Republicans are doing a bang up job. Not often that you are correct. Perhaps (doubtful, but streanger things have happened) you will now understand that you will be on the right side of arguments if you look at life through a conservative lense.

Your first source ranks FL k-12 as #17, with higher education ranked #1
Both seem quite generous, especially the latter.
You're 2nd source is ALEC. That's hilarious.
You're 3rd is just referring to the 1st.

They don't read bills or do their own research on the topic. Its so much easier to parrot the spoon fed narrative shoved down their throats, without regard. After all, most of them love it when shit gets shoved down their throats.

Just talk to the teachers and ask them how they feel about this fascist environment created by Ron and the hoards of kooks showing up to F up the school boards and harass teachers.

"Higher education" is college, not the public school system which has been decimated by low pay and the gop culture war.

But pabs knows that.

We are rated better than most on our schools. The orignal post was a blatant lie, which is expected when coming from that source. Republicans are doing fine with our schools.

If by "doing fine" you mean villainizing teachers and marginalized youth and undermining public education so tax funds can be channeled to GOP insiders who run private, for profit schools which are unaccountable in terms of staff qualification or educational outcomes, then yeah.

I mean quality of education. That would be the bottom line. It appears that Republicans are making it better. Not so in places run by progs.

The notion of public education is a progressive one to begin with. That's why the GOP is trying to destroy it. They prefer ignorant voters, and school tax money is a hell of a bag to pinch for your business buddies.

Again, where has public education been destroyed is in prog-run territory. Check out the math and reading proficiency in some of these places. Beyond dismal. Progs, take your kids to a good school system, like Baltimore. And they'll grow up as dumb as you.

If we were doing fine, why is the GOP trying to eliminate the source of taxpayer funds to public schools in favor of Religious charter schools. And why so many in the GOP homeschool their kids?

Boy you progs are stupid. You have a winning argument against my position right before your very eyes. Here it is: "I, a prog, was educated in Florida schools and look at me." That would be game, set, and match. I'd have no retort.

LOL, he reached back to his old straw man.
I wonder who, if anyone ever first said that word?
Don't think it was in Comey's charter? Was it?

Yes the scholar from Mims.

Research? Do you mean look at your bullshit sources? They have you believing the election was stolen! There's plenty of truth out there and easily found.
