. One of the perps is a surgeon. The incident was more or less across the street from Costa d'Este hotel. Perps didn't know the victim.

So, for US Government Contracting purposes, , , , , for many years, , , , the whole county was designated a HUB Zone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) .

I got 'extra' contract points for placing orders with suppliers in a HUB Zone!!!!!
