WorldBFree Posts: 84 Joined Forum: 10/27/2016	Just read an interview with erstwhile Deep Purple bass/vox Glenn Hughes. He is at present touring Purple's Burn album as it celebrates 50 years of annoying the neighbors. On reflection, he opines that the offer to join Purple (who at that time were among the world's leading bands) was just simply an opportunity he couldn't refuse. In retrospect he confirms that he shoulda remained in Trapeze. I'm not sure he is wrong... ------------------------- Slide On
