Central American Gyre in effect. Abnormally bad winds from Panama to s Mexico. No real change in this pattern within n the next few weeks. If you have a trip planned , check wind forecast and consider postponing. Even popoyo area has been onshore and will continue to be over the next 2-4 weeks.
