1st Amendment:
Freedom of the Press is being removed from certain members of the press if he doesn't agree with their point of view, or if someone asks a question he doesn't like.
Freedom of Speech: if a person is peacefully protesting something that he doesn't like, that person may disappear, and end up in a foreign prison.

5th and 14th Amendments:
Due Process may be withheld from a person if they do something that he doesn't like; and they may be forcibly taken by persons who may, or may not identify themselves; removing said person from this country and ending up in a foreign prison.

The SCOTUS strict constructionists are AWOL. That particular guard rail turned out to be no more than a speed bump.

The 8th. Sending Americans to a gulag style prison in a foreign country is very much cruel and unusual. He is attempting to circumvent Constitutional law.
