Rubio was confirmed as our Secretary of State, but he seems to have been sidelined as Trump has his oligarch buddies doing most of the foreign relations work, and even the 2nd lady.


People are saying Rubio is pissed.
But, hard to feel sorry for a guy like little Marco...he should have seen something like this coming.
