For December straight from the NWS F-6, we were 1.50" below normal rain. For January we were 0.66" above normal. So far in Feb we are below normal. Temps are near normal but are just slightly above normal. Therefore, this winter has been drier than normal, consistent with LN.

Based on that toxic bloom we had two years ago in winter  we want normal and below rain
