Seem like the developers of the pair of 9 (?) Story condos saw obvious problems with upcoming sales unless there was some sand in front.. Did they get the ball rolling? greased someone's palms? favors? Also noticed a couple new faces at LungRX checking it out - like 'inspection time' inside & out.. Hmmmm... New players? When will they put in our new access path? John Stone, Sat Bch, Bldg Dept told me over a year ago the access path would be 25 feet wide and granted to the city at C.O. of the twin towers of hell. I talked to him a month ago and it turned into 12 feet wide! Not sure what happened there. So it will be 2019 when/if it happens. The Gov signed into legislation the ability for Condos/beachfront owners to prevent us from crossing the beach in front of them and I'm sure the twin towers of hell will be first in line to enforce. |
