A lot of Surfers that I personally knew that had Haert attacks had one thing in common. They all were doing a lot of Cocaine in the late 70s and 80s now I am not a Doctor or Scientist. Just an observation.

meth isn't good for the heart either. So vegetarians NEVER get heart attacks?

My wife and daughters went whole food/plant based/oil free three years ago. I bought in 7 months ago and love it. I lost 12 lbs without trying (I have surfed far more that normal) and there really are good food options. Whole Foods has a vegan cheese called Heidi Ho. It is awesome although it has some oil. The black labs is the best. Homemade cashew cheese can go on pretty much everything. Brown rice and refried beans made in a pressure cooker, can cover lunches. This diet crushes diabetes too. The studies show that people on whole food/plant based/oil free diet have a 70% less chance of getting diabetes. There are tons of great YouTube recipe channels. Caitlin Shoemaker is one of the best. It’s worth a shot. |
