TONYlookaround Posts: 1852 Joined Forum: 08/29/2004	Ive got a 2004 mango tree with my favorite fruit, I grew from seed. Ive started many seeds from it and none of the trees have the same great mango. Its time to prune the big tree and I was thinking... Why not do serious grafting from the main tree to mature children trees to retain the good fruit HOW MANY LIMBS CAN I GRAFT Over? When is best time of year to graft? Can I graft half of the tree? All the tree ? If any online mango grafting guides or anyone here able to help out with the proper tools Id really like to learn. Thanks ------------------------- it's never too late to have a happy childhood...

ww Posts: 16105 Joined Forum: 08/17/2007	Try Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden for videos on grafting and general care. Unlike avocados, you don't do buds, but put short stems on stems of the same diameter.
