That's a good price for a rosewood body. I had a Larrivee DO3R, rosewood dread, that I sold after shoulder surgery, moved to smaller guitars. Miss it, rosewood has a great tone. Somebody's going to get a really nice guitar.

Actually, I have a solid rosewood guild jumbo that is my favorite guitar ever. It's mainly down to width at the nut, which I now like 1 3/4" or more.
Guild f150, wonderful alvarez maple jumbo, and my other solid rosewood masterbilt that"s the grand auditorium style have that wider neck.
I would never sell this if it did too, unreal sound

Very cool. G&Ls are great guitars.
I have a 3 bolt '95 S-500 with a bowling ball finish.
Damn near played the frets off that one. Great sound, great player.
Looking forward to the pics.

Yeah, bamboo, there is just no guitar out there with the range of sounds from these s-500's.
If you've played strats, these are a bit confusing. The pickup position switch, and tone controls are completely different, but once acquainted blows any fender, ever, away. Leo never ever stopped innovating, which drove his production people nuts. The pickups on these are great, completely redid the lame strat whammy bar.
If I could bolt a neck with a 1 3/4" nut on it, I would never sell it, like the epiphone. This outplays a custom strat ezdz.

Hanging on until work starts up after hip replacement, somebody scores.
This plays and sounds as good as a D-18....for peanuts
