He was ragging on Biden for not being aware of what he signed while president.

Yet he doesn't remember signing the deportation proclamation invoking the 1789 alien enemies act.
There is a copy of that proclamation with his signature on it in the federal register, as well as a post about it on thwhitehouse.bov website.
