An appeal to a simpler time when they were relevant. There was no electricity, no refrigeration, the average life span was somewhere between 35 and 40, an infection could kill you and the practice of medicine was limited to remedies closer akin to witchcraft than healing. The Republican paradigm made sense then. It's no wonder they want to go back to that.

The US Constitution was intended to be a living document, not a worshiped holy book.

Then why are there things called amendments?

Slaves, women can't vote, Blacks can't vote. Ya know, those little issues from 250 years ago.

The tampon and MAGA republicunts are very clear on letting you know that they do not give a damn about a constitution.

So, the question has been answered.

1864, that's when MAGA republicunts thought Amerika was great.

The same constitution that separated the church and the state? Great idea then and now.

Not only that, but they like the fact that you could marry your cousin at 15 or less!

Show me where in the Constitution is states this?

You can hang on to the Coleslaw award in the meantime, and I'll use this example once again, to show the class what ignorance and arrogance looks like.

Ask Crankit what it was like back then.. he'll mumble something about his teen years before he passes out.

Nothing like the ol' wedding night with a ten year old.. right Opie?
