He may not even have money for a lawyer. His lies have been so brazen and effective at getting past the crisis. He's probably surprised to finally be held accountable. Wait til he learns about accepting responsibility under oath. That's going to be a mine field for him.

MTG would have an aryan nation tat and a girlfriend on day two of federal prison. She would organize a Georgia style workout but for "Americans" only. She would be making wine in her toilet by the end of the week and organizing a riot against the Mexican mafia and Nation of Islam by the end of the month because of their lack of respect. Ultimately she would accuse her own of being race traitors and eventually given broken glass shards in her food that would put her in medical isolation for the remainder of her sentence.
