Potential criminal violations could be more severe than simple breach of records law

Russian collusion redux. Excellent! We normal people got quite a laugh out of that. In the dark times brought to us by Dementia Joe, we could use some more laughter.

Totally normal to ignore all the evidence of "collusion" and obstruction presented, and the FBI saying in writing and testimony they couldn't recommend prosecution of conspiracy (because of the president's obstruction), because you're in a cult.

If there are nuclear documents, are you saying they were planted? If not, please explain why he has them.

So, Trump has our nuclear weapons secrets in his house. What's he going to do with those? The answer is obvious, isn't it? He's going to sell them to the Russians. In light of that, what's the rush? The DOJ might as well wait 19 months to get them, right? Let's negotiate with him for a while. During those negotiations we will request that he give us back 15 boxes of trivial stuff (which were voluntarily returned), but no need to ask him to return those nuclear secrets quite yet. You guys are spectacular fools

I love the faith the Tpap has in Trump having incriminating evidence. No one knows that Trump had anything incriminating but Tpap and the faithful red hat empty headed hooligans assume that he must have by saying the FBI planted evidence. Ok. THere was surveillance there at Maralago, no one there ever alleged that government actors planted evidence prior to the raid. These Trump apologists assumed that the FBI showed up with evidence to plant the day of the raid? Brilliant, but how does that reconcile with the previous communications, requests for the items back, the subpoenas and the lawyer's discussions? These Magats are laying the groundwork to never believe anything about the evidence. Its their way to avoid having to think, just react, defend and deny. Facts are for people that don't love their Velveeta Voldermort.

no "collusion", whatever you think that means, ever made it to light.
nor was looking for such in Comeys charter.
It's a dumb straw man,
Deployed only in a weak argument
(all the time) LOL

Comey's job was to look into evidence of Russian efforts to sway the election.
They found plenty, all surprisingly on Trumps behalf.

They also found plenty of evidence of obstruction.

You call it whatever you want, but the evidence shows there was coordination and high-level connections between Trump's political operation and those responsible for the attack on the U.S. election. The Senate Intelligence Committee's report at one point literally described a "direct tie between senior Trump Campaign officials and the Russian intelligence services."

If it were a Real American, ie Democrats, colluding with Russians, you know Tpapschmear would have a feces seizure over this. Remember when Biden took a secret meetings with Putin with no American's and another Russian? Of coursenot, he didn't do it. That would be treasonous.

The adults are discussing an existential moment in American history, so go scurry about in the corner, try not to make a mess, k?.
This stuff makes nixon and watergate look like a school play.
This just fits real neatly into the entire arc and continuum of what the stinky orang in grifter in thief has done his entire life. A dirtball that tries to defraud his senile father.....after blowing the $440 MILLION he'd already been given
Will resort to anything

The FBI seized "info re: President of France" during the raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Jennifer Palmieri, formerly an aide to Hillary Clinton, referred to it as "kompromat" in a tweet.

Palmieri also implied in the tweet that the information could be useful to Vladimir Putin.

A former Hillary Clinton aide heavily implied that former President Donald Trump had dirt on the French president and that it could be useful to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Fox News reported.

Hmmm.

Have a hunch that a lot of the 'info' has already 'flown the coop'..

The question is - What to do now that the horse has probably left the barn?..

It really doesn't matter what he planned on doing with it. Why did he take it and why did he keep it. Those are the crimes.

And if it's all 'declassified', why can't we all see it - and now...
