People are getting really sick, and dying in increasing numbers. Then all the dopes who insist on walking into the center of this preventable mess are going to carry it home with them. Thereby perpetuating this fucking nightmare for our country.

All the medical staff in my wife's workplace is vaccinated,
A patient came in last week and was found to have covid.
At the end of the week all of the staff went and got tested.
NONE of them felt sick, NONE of them showed any symptoms

6 of them, 1/2 of the total, tested positive for Covid
All of them, not just the 6, were sent home for the week, THIS WEEK.
The business was shutdown and everyone sent home because one patient came in with COVID....

The wife did not know if the patient had been vaccinated...

No the business shut down because asymptomatic people can spread it if they are positive. It was the responsible thing to due. Unvaccinated people that get it can end up like Phil Valentine. Whereas the vaccinated people get it and their immune system recognizes it and takes care of it without it making them super sick. Keep telling yourself that it is just a little sniffle though if that makes you feel good.
