I hate to say it, but I'm leaning towards Sniper's theory on this one.

Leak a story about Trump doing something unethical, involving Biden in Ukraine.

Then deny deny deny, and stall. The story goes super viral, thus bringing alot of attention on the Bidens and Ukraine.

Then, finally trot out the actual call, and suprise- nothing there.


..Not 100% sold on this, but you never know..
