Ironically the construction would normally kick out the First lady as that is where her offices are, but since Malina doesn't live with Trump in the white house and is only there when necessary per her prenup...meh, no problem.

But it is another unnecessary expense and any monies used would have been better used elsewhere...but Trump think it benefits him, so yeah...it is good.
