ww Posts: 16311 Joined Forum: 08/17/2007	The Koa Bay proposed development on I-95, south end of Fort Pierce, seems to have been dormant for the past year. Maybe high interest rates? They seem to have spent lavishly on quality planning. I don't know anything about the Fellsmere developer, but for starters, it seems a bad time to invest in lavish golf courses. Golf is fading away.
