So I I'm friends with some UCF super fans and we all just bought tickets to New Orleans for the Tulane game. This will be a blast.

NOLA is a fun city. Hopefully it's a top 25 match up.

Why? Smu beat Tulane and SMU has lost to Liberty, Miami, Troy and Georgia State! Tulane sucks. UCF got spanked by Eastern Carolina. Irrelevent conference and game.

The rumor is ESPN gameday is going back to Austin for the Texas-TCU game.
Irrelevent? College Football Playoff committee feels differently. I watched Tulane for the first time yesterday against Tulsa. They look like they have a pretty good offense and defense. I think UCF can beat them. UCF is playing really well currently. A balanced offense and defense is a bend-don't-break dee. Got a bunch of turnovers against Memphis. Memphis is on a 4 game losing streak now but they played like it was the superbowl yestserday. Concerning UCF loss to ECU...well...it was bound to happen. ECU upsets plenty of teams and it was their superbowl as well. UCF learned from that loss. If UCF wins out they will be playing in a NY6 bowl game. Probably against one of the top ten teams. With Bama losing last night they may have to get lined up with UCF in the Cotton Bowl. Gus Malzhan vs Nick Saban all over again! However, UCF gotta win out. Tulane will be tough road game. Then probably will have to play Cinci again for the conference championship game. Georgia-Tenn, I kind of felt that was going to happen. A lot of top 25 teams lost yesterday. UCF surely will move up to maybe #20. Tulane as well. |

Crazy week. Tenn got destroyed. OSU struggled with Maryland. TCU does'nt belong even though they got by Baylor and have no L's. Michigan did'nt look good against Illinois. So is it LSU with 2 loses? Hopefully the little irish men take out USC. Vandy hasnt beat FL since forever and could give Tenn a game after beating Kentucky the the Gators. Sorry bout UCF was pulling for them! Whos the starting QB? USC and UCLA was a good one. FSU is still the best team in FL! All this is pretty much irrelevant because nobody touching the Dawgs with that OLine!

I watched the end of OSU and Maryland. Maryland crumbled at the end there.
Ohio State-Michigan next weekend should be a game to watch for sure. Not sure who I'll be pulling for. One good thing about college football is that there are upsets. More parity is more fun. Sucks when your team loses i.e. Navy @UCF. But, what a great game for Navy and their very boring offense (it worked once again). I'd sh*t If I have to see another Bama-Clemson national title game. *boring* I'd like to see TCU make it all the way. They are a team like UCF. Started in C-USA and kicked and screamed until let into the Big-12. Now look at them. I typically pull for the underdog. But, whatever, the season has been entertaining and that all it is, entertainment. And, UCF needs to beat USF in Tampa next weekend and we are in the AAC conference championship game. Either @Tulane, or @Cinci. Still hope. |

LBLARRY, this AP article was written for you:
Tired No. 4 TCU has done its job for playoff so far at 11-0 FORT WORTH, Texas - There will be some people who look at how fourth-ranked TCU is still undefeated going into the final week of the regular season, and they will question if the Horned Frogs really deserve to be part of the playoff discussion. https://sports.yahoo.com/tired...cu-done-042437021.html Edited: 11/22/2022 at 09:21 AM by Central Floridave |
