Speaking of enduring chaos while looking back at days gone by, do you think that during the 4,100-mile redeye flight back to Lincoln from Dublin that Scott Frost looked around, made sure everyone else was asleep, and secretly slipped on his 2017 UCF national title ring, hoping it would be like one of those Hobbit rings that could bring him mystical powers? Or at least The Schwartz?

UCF kick off tonight! College football in our backyard! Go Knights!!!!

UCF 56 South Carolina State 10 F. UCF looks pretty good. Playing against SC-State and of course lower div team, but complete domination.

Qb1 Plumlee is awesome. 4 passing Td's, almost 100 yard rushing. Fun to watch.

Louisville next Friday @UCF. Gonna be crazy fun game. And, huge one for UCF.

Tennessee 59 Ball State 10. Didn't see that game, just the score. Vols rolling. (secretly pulling for Ball State though )

Pitt 38 W.Virg 31. Pitt gets a pick six near end of game to win.

That pick 6 was not on Daniels ..... hit the WR right in the hands.

Tough over turned call on WV catch, on the goal line, with about 20 seconds left, but the correct call. WV's coach was NOT happy!!!

Yes, I just watched the highlight of that pick 6. def not on qb. Yeah for football season back. NFL starts next weekend.

I've been watching the ECU-NCState game. NC-State looks pretty good. ECU not bad either. NC-State is ranked #13. Qb is really good. 21-14 nc-state start of 4th quarter.

The App state gate was insane. Truly.

I watched 8 hours of college football yesterday. Probably won't do that again this season, but I got it out of my system. Some fun games to watch! On to Week 2!

Oops, still on week 1. Go Noles. That would be something if they can knock of LSU.

Just an interesting thing; the SEC has 6 teams in the top 20 of the AP poll.

But, then again, , , , , Notre Dame is still #5 after the loss to Ohio.
