SYNOPSIS
Low pressure over the northern Gulf coast this morning will strengthen as it slides east along a frontal boundary located just north of the area. The low will continue to deepen along the Carolina coast Monday and sweep a trailing cold front across the local Atlantic waters, bringing high coverage of rain with embedded storms. A surge of west and northwest winds will occur around this deep low pressure Monday and Monday night with gusts to Gale force over the open Atlantic. Weak high pressure builds east from the Gulf and settles over the Florida peninsula on Wednesday, pushing seaward Thursday.

Surf-Forecast suggests that next week (Sat to Sat) may be interesting, otherwise today (maybe late) and tomorrow (Wednesday).

"Date: 03/11/2025 Location: Satellite Beach Report Time: 9 AM Size: 1-2 (ft) Conditions: Semi-Glass Comments: North tilt, looks rideable if there was a bottom" Is it because of the beach renourishment or just bad sandbars. Taking a Vote

Roger that! Hastily scheduled PT appt over lunch. Fun, chest to head, lully, light onshores, spring suit or short john, crowd factor <3, long lefts, lotsa fun! Saw a dolphin surf a wave under water, do a bottom turn and launch out the back. Spring has sprung!

Surfline and Surf-Forecast have some optimism for next week. Friday is far away but looks interesting. Refraction for the south Tues-Wed??

Sources including Windy indicate Wed-Thurs is worth checking as they approach. Today seems the last really flat one.
