BG : Black Cat models in general -----I was always thinking that Greg & Miki purposely designed and engineered that model to scam as many wanna would be riders back in the day as possible -----as it overall is really a " Full on Turd " of an actual real surfboard. If so , they indeed had the "Last Laugh " !

Joe of course Noll/Dora da cat was a marketing ploy. I've never surf a Cat. But it seems like there a lot of parallels to a Yater spoon. I have a spoon that I surfed when I was younger, lighter and lived on the west coast. It was great out there. Ok in Florida. Kind of prefer my east coast boards for Florida.
