This is off of NextDoor from about 3 days ago, , , , the poster clarified that this creep crawled up from the bushes in front of them. Someone here has got to know who this F'wad is.

I was walking with my daughters on the boardwalk and a old thin white man with a long ponytail clambered up the walkway and blocked the way- he was wearing some kind of see through mesh for underwear or something. My daughter saw it and told me later. He had a camera so I believe that he is laying in the bushes and take photos up at people's butts and crotches as they walk on the walkway above. Please post if you know who this person is- I have to get a report of this- also anyone know the legality of tasering a flasher's nuts - asking for a friend
