Walked by it many times when I lived off Kuhio / lili'uokalanni in the 80's . The first time I thought a meth head was responsible , now it looks like someone with a grudge against the board racks . It's a crying shame how things have turned

Yikes! There's a homeless Indian guy who lives there, at the bathrooms. ... And another local? guy who greets the crowd with a "Fukk off, go home you got dam tourist's" every morning - around 7 am... I would expect they know what happened..... It's a sometimes sketchy scene. in paradise. PLUS - it's literally right next to the police sub-station there.

I am amazed it has been working so well even after the first fire. There are museum quality boards in there. Hope they survived.

Looks like they only got a few boards out before it got out of control. It was gutted in the video... Last time it happened... $500,000 in boards up in smoke.
