I'm not gonna lie.
I was using the medical for my various pains. I still am, but I am projecting that I might be able to lower it to 20% or less, and possibly even drop it at some point - I'll see how it goes. I still have pain, but I'm starting to exercise more, so, it might be possible for me. The second side to this is that when I started feelling less pain, the MMJ was hitting me differently. I didn't get the same thing out of it. It more made me feel too euphoric. And so I started backing off - didn't know why I needed to, until I noticed the pain really was a notch down. And I kept backing off. And I think I'm down to about 25% - projected. It was a big drop. I think I'll be able to drop it. It stopped being a good thing - right when I started to lose some of my symptoms. Though I'm not yet a symptom free guy - never dreamed I would be - I do now think it's possible. And it was the GUT HEAL. All men/women over 40... No, In the US, over 30. I forgot to add "Women" at first because I typically never see them at the beach... I have a hiatal hernia and a messed-up esophagus, so there's bound to be inflammation. Need to visit the doc, likely for another esophagus dilation. Best wishes!

I believe aloe would help you if you don't take it already
good raw organic aloe - not stuff you find at walmart. Researching using comfrey EXTERNALLY on your hiatal hernia as well- you really could heal it up that way - depending on the level. You're on your own with possible side-effects and stuff so always use herbs at your own choice - just letting you know because it's fairly safe externally - but NOT INTERNALLY. I've had great luck with aloe internally and comfrey externally. comfrey is disgustingly good for the knees and ankles (externally for both) - telling you what... WARNING: comfrey WILL hurt internally and can cause other problems - don't use it internally... I believe probiotics and slippery elm would help your esophagus. And just some good naturals to keep h pylori tamed down. You don't need ot get rid of it necessarily - but tamed down - under control. Organic vegan is the diet that will heal. Keep the flaxseeds in there and take a SMALL amount of a b12 pill now and then - they overdose the crap out of them - don't recommend taking much, and do recommend holding sublingually. Meat eaters aren't going to want to hear it, but the animal foods are killing you all... I'm not longer in that crowd at this point. I wised up (as I see it). And they are hiding multiple sources of b12 outside of meat, including our own gut microbiome involving both P. Freudenreichii, and C. Diff (which is NOT an infection - it's only bad when OTHER bacteria get killed off by THEIR antibiotics - THEN it becomes a problem- not nature's antibiotics...). The CDiff excretes a protein complex that helps the B12 into the bloostream down in the colon (the second and UNDISCLOSED absorption site) Edited: 04/17/2025 at 07:15 AM by TunnelVision |
