Junior foreign minister Alan Duncan confirmed that Britain would not extradite Assange to the United States if he were to face the possibility of the death penalty there.

..and Roger Stone just doubled his blood pressure medicine.

This could be going in a number of directions, stay tuned. Left journalists are deeply concerned about what this means to a free press.

I don't think he will get capital punishment in the US, especially if he cooperates with US authorities. The forthcoming tweet storms should be entertaining!!

I hear you, but this is complex.

The UK won't extradite him without a commitment from the US not to seek a death penalty. But they could lock him away for life.

I have a feeling trump wouldn't want him to talk.

Notice how all the $hit talkers get "frail" once they are in it.

Assange - Posing
Manafort - Pretending
Alex Jones - "my mental capacity was strained"

Cowards.

The timing of all this is pretty interesting. There has been a buzz the past couple weeks that Trump hasn't released more information about Christopher Steele's work and FISA abuse because British intelligence source's fingerprints were all over it and we didn't want to blow up the relationship like that.

Yesterday Barr says he's looking into potentially illegal spying on the Trump campaign and all the sudden Assange gets popped. Could be coincidence but could be a lot of things. A lot of the same people who have been saying Assange got his information from the Russians are the same people who Barr will be investigating in the FISA abuse/spying investigation.

I'm interested in hearing what he has to say.

Has nothing to do with Seth Rich but if I were Barr, I would definitely be using the buddy system right now.

Russians hacking a US presidential candidate?

No, I don't agree with that. Do you?

Yeahbutt, the hacked emails proved what we all suspected, the DNC preferred Hillary over Bernie and was supporting her. Criminal for a political committee to prefer a single candidate! Right?

Anyway, having Assange in custody facing life should be quite helpful for Roger Stone's prosecution.

Who is "us"?

You and the trumpist movement?

I hope they get Assange to tell all, and let the chips fall where they may.

But his life is probably in danger, not for the 2016 election, but for the war leaks.

Assange says that he didn't get his posted material from Russia. But, be that as it may, yes, I absolutely think we should use information obtained by hacking by Russia against a dem candidate. Know why? Because you progs would use it against a Republican, joyfully. Indeed, progs use illegally obtained info against Republicans all the time. Doesn't seem to bother you a bit. As I have said in the past, I go by prog rules now in politics. You reap what you sow, boys.

Show me where Democrats used hacked info from Russia against the Republicans.

If it's common, as you say, it must be everywhere.
